Instead of an outright ban on Russian uranium, why not establish a set minimum price that would trigger a tariff if they attempt to undercut the domestic uranium industry, then the market price would remain the same. This would disincentivize them from taking such an action. My concern is that an outright ban before production even begins would leave the US vulnerable if we experience delays due to supply side issues.
