I love power kiting still fairly new to it I have a basic 5m kite and I get some reasonable jumps of that. But what I love about this is that is so different from most other videos of power kiting. Its so relaxed and he makes it look easy! And thats the key. Just shows that he is in total control Nice one!

I just had my harness break about 20 ft high one strap held and it flipped me around so I crashed head first luckily in deep water. Please other kiters don't try to copy this guy.

I'm 6 years experienced Powered paragliding instructor and it seems to me very dangerous. I have no clue about the sport that you showing here but if that wing collapsed you will loose lot of altitude and fast. Perhaps you can say about it more here and lead us out of the wrong impression? Perhaps if you like the feeling of flight you want to join the PPG community. Stay safe Dude J.

if you get your self a paraglider harness and use short lines say 10metres you will have back protection and the short lines attached wide to the left and right carabiners on the harness will keep you from rotating. Of curse the center/front lines wont go through the centre bar hole...you can use a bar or separate handles for the brake/steer lines..need to rig them so you dont lose them if let go...2 eylets out bord on the bar might be an option for the 2 centre lines if you want to use the bar.rig the paraglider harness so you are facing into wind. maybe put a helmet on and maybe dont use old equipment and maybe find sand dunes with some give when you make a mistake and no trees or fences or cars round....good luck:)

@@Kevinbiernacki your welcome:)...speed wings are not as exiting as they dont flip the leading edge from front under to back and take off backwards into the hill:) they have like paragliders a gallery of bridle lines to stop that from happening (boring).an inflatable leading edge might not do this very often especially in smooth wind.a line between the tips of the kite might help in this regard..who knows:)
