hi! i used flash, if you have it, you can just make the circle a symbol and motion tween it, then rotate it 90 degrees every few frames. if you dont have flash though thats not going to work; since i dont know if you have flash im not going to go into details yet but if you really want, the last animation i did was another ur-style thing (i memed myself :) ) so I still have the file I used for that sta.sh/01xiu75f65bm if you want to use a resource let me know if anything helps ovo/

I made a really big circle and drew lines dividing it, then put circles at each intersection, if that makes sense owo I was a little worried about it being imbalanced cos i dont have some fancy tech way to go about it hahah
