Part 2: Creating the separations for Risograph Printing

Hello, I have a question. I'm making a book on my internship for risograph printing. (in Indesign) I've done everything, and everything went well, except for the saving. As you say in this tutorial you have to go to: file -> print. however when I do this, it's selecting a printer and not '' Adobe PDF'' as you have it in this tutorial. This way the plates aren't saved to a PDF, but are send directly to the printer. How do i solve this?

In advanced print setup, when I try separations, it appears in gray color so that I can’t select it. I don’t know why....What can I do..plz help me out

mac has gotten rid of the print as pdf option, making this impossible :( havent found my way around it
