I think its easy to go to bathing qaurters and then just teleport to campus 4 to get the other bowls. Unless you have quests in campus3 where you can get the candy bowls (my english isnt englishing rn, excuse me)

First get all the candies from a bowls. Office, bathroom, rainy day classroom. And also go to the dorms to go trick or treating! The bowls restock every 60 minutes I think. So usually I farm for an hour and then collect them again and again!
