There is no living room. Looks like ure renting it out to students. The good thing is you have locks on each room, the bad thing is the guys have no living room. When i lived in brampton, a year back i paid 1300 for 2 bedroom basement with seperate parking. But the work done is good. Should have added a bigger living room
