In english, to 'vote' means to pick out of many options that you give them. But here, he is asking for things to say. More specifically, 'boshuu' officially means 'to recruit," but it's often used to mean, "looking for someone" e.g. 暇電募集（ひまでんぼしゅう) "looking for someone to chat with because I'm bored/when I'm bored" // OR "looking for an opinion," like it is here. Here I think I would translate it more freely. e.g. "Someone, give me something to praise Akari for!" "Don't ask them!"
