Ok two things: 1) Sunbaenim means seinor so it has nothing to do with age just whomever debut before you. So even if you are the same age as long as you debut before them they are still considered your Sunbaenim (seinor). 2) Jin Hyunmoo (The TV Personality) was the host on this show called "Problematic Man" we're basically a bunch of famous genius men (also sometimes women) would come on the show and solve problems & also discuss certain topics as well as talk about their careers. And basically RM was on this show because you know he has a 148 IQ. They became friends with each other while he was on the show. But this was back in like 2015.

fyi, in kpop industries who dominance with big3 agencies, BTS from unknown small company is become inspiration for many artist who not from big3, specially when its about daesang (main korean awards), if iam not wrong BTS is first from not big3 artist who got daesang, and i really hope artist from many agencies can be shine with the same chance like big3 artist, even its difficult, for know kmedia is sharing with big companies, and hope more musician can make honest song with good way to reach the higher ( not because bad mediaplay, clout or just company money )
