People! Touch does not have to be sexual! The west seems to sexualize everything and it makes me nuts. Men can have and express friendly affection, it's okay. My experience is that in the west women are more 'affectionate/touchy' with each other than men in the west, but still not as much as Asian girls. Because - again - everybody gotta sexualize everything. Two girls holding hands and walking down the street in Seoul = close friends enjoying the day together. In the US, people would just think, "Gay." Maybe if we all had more non-sexual touch in our lives from caring friends, fewer people would be going around ready to pop off or turn up in a building with an arsenal. Great reaction as always. I always hold my breath for these videos as Korean culture is so different to western culture in someways. One being they are alot more touchy feely than our macho society feels comfortable with. Sometimes these videos like to make that bigger than it seems. BTS have lived together for around 8/9 years and are as close as brothers so have no real boundaries with each other. Once you have been army for a while you get used to the fact if it moves Jimin will hug it. He himself has called himself a koala that hugs everyone. The more Ive watched them the more I have come to feel that the west has it wrong and we would have a better society if everyone could be as open and loving to one another.

The thing about Jin is that he's actually the shyest member according to the other members, but Jin has said many times that he chooses to live by his motto of what you put out you get back- and He explained that he finds acting confident to make others happy has actually made him actually more confident and happy. He likes to bring people's mood up and not be the stereotypical 'older brother' by Korea's standards (for example, always taking charge and demanding the level of respect and authority that is expected in their culture.) Yes BTS is very touchy, it's just how close friends are in SK though. While to most Americans and even some other countries view some of the skinship as romantic or flirty, they don't.(One of the reason I find those analisis ship videos to be so cringy is they never consider the culture and environment these guys are in). They're a family and hugging, being touchy and even kissing on the cheek or forehead are not seen as romantic gestures, it's just pure family and friendship love. They are all very extra and they all speak a decent amount of english, though RM is the only one still fluent. JK has been learning a lot more though and has tried to translate in interviews so RM doesn't always have to. JK said in a live that he is giving himself a year to learn enough english to be able to really help RM when they go overseas/do interviews. He really wants to help his leader, and ARMYs love how much he wants to be helpful... after all, BTS wouldn't have JK if it wasn't for RM. 💜

The reason Suga said he liked his fingers was to poke fun at Jin. That's why the clip right after was Jin looking at his fingers and RM laughing. It's an inside joke because on another interview a while back Jin had said he didn't like his fingers and wished he had Jimin's little fingers. (Which is another joke of them teasing Jimin for having little hands.) Jin has a genetic defect that makes his fingers more flexible but it makes them look crooked. There's a joke in the fandom that Suga is Nostradamus (we call him Minstradamus, from Min, his surname) bc whatever he says, it becomes true. Basically, when the universe hears Suga put something out there, it gives that thing to him lol. It all started from Suga's song Agust D that came out in 2016. He said there that the next step was Billboard > fast-forward to May 2017 and they were the first Koreans to win a Billboard award. I think this is the hardest I've laughed watching one of your vids, I love seeing you guys joking around and laughing so much, stay smiling! ^u^ Also, some of the members are definitely more quiet during western interviews/shows since they're nervous about their English. Jin and Jhope specifically work harder to bring the mood up and get extra goofy to try and make everyone feel better and less stressed (especially RM, since he's the only one fluent he always has the most pressure on him to make the interviews go smoothly and keep his members in the loop), but they're all absolute goofballs in their own right. If/once you guys start watching RUN BTS, you'll really see all their individual personalities shine. Yes even Suga gets really loud and crazy when he wants to, and with V it depends, half the time he's quiet and reserved, the other half he's the king of being random. Jimin is cunning, and gets easily annoyed when something's not going his way, but is always having the best time as long as the others are happy. Jungkook is kind of in the background in a lot of western interviews, but he's been practicing English a lot recently, so hopefully he get's more confidence in the future!
