really love this style,the last time i been in the tournament was when i was 24,im 62 now,my hand speed is still ok compare to others,my kicking is slow now,but still have power,i missed those days,more power to shotokan fighters...

Ah same age as me Eric. It seems that when we're older we can retain hand speed but lose speed and height on things like keri waza (especially yok & mawashi) and footwork (body shifting). These days I spend more time working on distance, timing and looking for tell tale signals that younger speedsters can't avoid. It's my only chance. ;)
