Kitsune island is hard cause you gotta know what moon it is, be in 6 and if ur in anywhere but it wont spawn. Example: haunted shipwreck rough sea sea beast rumbling waters. Levi is luck based

I recommend you go to level 6 way before full moon and get away from your ship standing on a rock(if you are away of your boat nothing will spawn) and when full moon appears just get close to the boat and the island will spawn immediately.
