Coco would rather play than get his nails clipped. I like how his carer calmed Coco down then clipped his nails. Coco did not mind it and had a nap afterwards 💜💜💜💜

Coco couldn't really run away. Both Coco and guardian worked hard to have nails trimmed. All went well, and Coco slept well.

I think somehow Coco realized at some point that he has to stay very still in order for nail clipper to work well. Hence kitten Coco uses one paw pressing against the table for leverage...to stay still and not slide downward. When losing leverage Coco wants to nibble at hand, to tell it "stop, I cannot regain control". Teamwork --- not practiced by cats. But looks like Coco is beginning to acknowledge this teamwork thing. Cats have to stay very still prior to ambush. In order for Coco to trust while being engaged/coherent, Coco has to first trust Coco. Trust is not the same as confident. I don't think "confidence" exist is the cat world. Cats are better at calculating "chance", than be confident.

Coco is a bundle of joy and everything good. It took some time to introduce Nail Clipper to Kitten Coco, for Coco kept running off, but comes back to meet the Nail Clipper. Stayed for the meeting, finally. Kitten Coco feels that he must observe the nail trimming process step by step, and tries hard to do so. But his posture is under restraint. His eyes though are still mobile enough to follow the hand holding the nail clipper - that travels from Coco's paw to the table top, and back to Coco's paw again...having done "something" at 🐾 What, How, Why does Nail Clipper do, Coco still wonders... 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 is comfortable enough.

5:12 Tiny kitten Coco has to hold himself upright with one paw, while the other paw is being clipped. This is not comfortable...the feeling of falling, of not being able to sustain a good position/posture 🤭 Coco tried...to tell guardian by nibbling at hand 5:08 All went well. Paw paw is neat. Thanks to guardian, and a good nail trimming gadget that won't hurt Coco. Sleep well Coco, pleasant dreams...
