This kitten should go to the vet. He could have swimmers syndrome. Because the back legs are not supposed to be doing that it means there’s a weakness in the hips and it can’t support itself. There’s exercises that you can do to strengthen it. But if you let it go too long, the cat will stay that way, so please take it to the vet.

Looks to me like if it was a slippery floor, the front legs would also do what the back legs are doing. Don't think it's the floor & you may want to get Pizza checked by a vet. Just saying. Poor lil thing!
