Reminds me of recently someone dumping a bunch of tiny kittens by the railroad tracks near our house. We found them right away but some were taking to hiding in the weeds. Trying to figure what we could do with them a young kid came by on a bicycle and checked out what we had going on and said his mom was involved with abandoned kitty rescues. She came right over and picked them up. They were too little and it was getting cold. Glad we found them right away.

I can understand why the grandma didn't want to separate the 😺 from the family yet I feel it was just an excuse to not have the ginger 🙀 also. I used to hate when one our cats would have kittens and my ma had to give them away since we didn't have the space to keep all of em. Sometimes we'd get a person that wanted 2 but most of the time each kitten went to separate homes. I just hope all the kittens my ma gave away in the last few years are still living and with a good family. It sucks when you're forced to separate the family just to make sure they all get homes!
