You can't cross-up another character when their back is in the corner, so Yuuvega was just blocking high in the wrong direction. Dictator must've just BARELY been a few pixels away from the corner, which let Ryu jump behind him.

It's most likely a glitch. I have no idea how Ryu crossed him up. I believe they were playing on either GMC or Annivesary Edition of ST, so those minor glitches may be present in those versions. It certainly caught YuuVega off guard.

Wouldn't the FP from ryu have put him in the corner, if not that then the DP knock down surely. Is it some mechanic or glitch where if ryu jumps over downed dictator in corner he crosses him up and pushes dictator from the corner?
