I have never seen this episode so normally I would be very confused. Luckily this clip has enough clues for me to figure it out. Birdbrain is stealing eggs from new bird mothers at the hospital so he can raise them into his evil minions. Dudley and Kitty go undercover as a mother hen and a baby in an egg to catch him, and obviously Dudley wanted to be the mom.
