Only issue I got, is that its pretty low elevation skiing, so if booking far in advance, do not always expect snow in the valley or even good snow on top. You'll have a lot of snowmaking and slushy/icy ski runs. Giggling run is rarely open. Also keep in mind that Kitzbühel is a high society resort, so expect sky high overnighting prices, Kirchberg is more affordable and as good connected to the ski runs

If you're staying in Kirchberg, I can recommend drinking a beer or two at Oberkaser. It's on the valley run to Kirchberg, great view, great DJs and great atmosphere...

@@julirix first i think you mean Kitzsteinhorn xd, second you can ski from the Horn in the Pletztergräben to Fieberbrunn, where you can go to Zell am See, but this isn´t an official slope and this only know very, very, ... few people and you have to be an advanced skier to manage this

"When the snow condition allows that" - the key word for such low altitude ski resorts, especially considering Global Warming!

global warming aint real. research what scientists say ( who dont get any press coverage) ! start with writer, Michael Schellenberger but still you make a valid point on lowness. Kitz is low ! & the Kitz Horn faces south and gets badly affected by sun low down. Ski Welt is even lower. 1st lifts go from village ( soll) to only 1300m and 2nd lift to top of 1600-1700m. all v. low. but they sell it saying its ok b/c its in the center of the alps, unlike western alp low resorts say in France on edge of apls ! but i doubt that. it has to be affected by altitude regardless.

@@SteveThompson-li2fc Sure Snowfall can be one indicator, but the way more important indicator is the average temperature over the year (on a global scale). And if you see melting and shrinking glaciers in Africa (Mount Kilimanjaro), Asia (even Himalaya), in Europe (Alps) and even on the northpole, then there is only one possible reason left --> it gets warmer worldwide

Hotel Zentral in Kirchberg 4star superior hotel, excellent hotel and in the middle of town, is a cheaper stay than in Kitzbühel and most of the ski resort is in Kirchberg anyway, otherwise it only takes you about 10mins to get to other resorts or to kitzbühel
