Planning is very important for anything. Hydra ke case me planning missing lagti hai. Peer pressure wala case lagta hai inka. Sab bootcamp de rahe, ham bhi denge. Aise thode chalta hai, sahi kaam ke liye sahi bande ko lagana padta hai, sab khud se nhi kiya ja sakta hai. Soul ek prime example hai ki kaam kaise karna chahiye and fanbase ko kaise use karna chahiye. Thug was good but even he needed Goldy Bhai. Josh josh me kaam nahi hota. Aakhir me sab business hai, koi loss khana nahi chahega. Kitna spend karna hai, kitna kama rahe hai and kya kya risk factors hai, kaise aur grow karna hai etc. sab soch ke hi samandar me koodna chahiye. Dynamo ksis bacche jaisa baat kar raha hai, tum itna do, main itna deta hoon, milke saman lenge. Aise org nahi chalti. Aise baat karke Dynamo khud ko hi ullu shabita kara raha hai. Vision hona chahiye, planning honi chahiye, plan b honi chahiye and proper management chahiye. Dynamo le loss ke liye bura lag raha hai par ye to hona hi tha.
