Finally, someone that understands kizomba deeply. I am tired of seeing people doing technical steps and don’t feel the musique, no connection at all ...You spoke wisely man 👏👏👏

Hi there... you give very good advice... I appreciate everything you said in this video... I’m try to learn this dance and in my opinion I’m a fast learner but it seems like everyone is definitely worried about the steps and not the connection... so thank for this I hope the men take your advice😘

I was in the last 6 years around 85 European cities. I traveled from Buenos Aires in the last 6 years to Europe for to learn Kizomba and urban kiz . In all festivals and classes that I taked all teachers learn steps and steps and steps . Then you can see videos like this or teachers talking about connection and musicality but nothing explain how you can dance without learn steps ... you pay a lot of money (100€) for to learn Kizomba and they learn steps . Beautiful places , lights , great artists but learn ? Nothing just you can repeat lot of steps . Is dance repeat steps? Obviously no. Then , you can see people dance without connection and move like robot repeating steps . Definitely Kizomba and urban is a great business. African people that learn Kizomba with African clothes do business too . Is not really that they just want to learn their culture . Exist fight for fame, money , individualism, I spent a lot of money in plane ticket, and festivals, classes, private classes and this is my opinion . Lot of people laying . Sucks
