What a wonderful way to acknowledge everyone's contribution to your dancing by opening this video with public sign of gratitude. there's something about @ronie saleh 's dancing that I have not yet seen in other dancers: it is his uncanny ability to almost float on the dance floor. His moves almost swan like skate gratefully across the dance floor while leading the follow(in this case the lady he is dancing with) to not just follow but also bring her own personality in this wonderful rhythmical waltz. in term of posture and consistency of connection, Ronie is an example to be followed. A personal mention must also be given to Alexandra for bringing her full concentration without blocking the humor and personality of this dance. A follow must be deeply engaged in this dance multitasking to not only become an extension to such technical demands but to also give a sense of herself. One can see joy being sketched on her face while focus courses through her steps and consistent presence. At no point does it seems like too much for her. She conquers through and is ready for the challenge. Admirable and beautiful! Great moments of this dance are 1.the surprising knee lift, leading to a wonderful break dancing figure at 0:50 ending at 0:54 2. One of my favorite, the double stylized marcas ending to a groovy and wavy direction change at 0:56 3. The many instances of the tadadadat: 1:15 4. The ingenious slides and manoevering of the follow at 2:37 ending 2:43 5. The masterful pivot at 4:00 6. The happy fast carousel at 4:07 Thank you for this wonderful video. Mark my word Ronie will become a force to be reckoned with in the world of this young but promising dance: Kizomba

+Gerard Beaubrun Wow! Thank you Gerard for sharing your thoughts abt the video! My students are the ones who makes it possible for me to do this fulltime, as a professional dancer. My gratitude is everlasting - cause without them I could not live and share my passion! Thank you! :) The posture, flow & connection in my style comes from my experience in Modern Foxtrot, which Ive been dancing since 2009, Im glad you like that quality. As you say, It takes 2 to dance. Alexandra is an amazing follow which I ALWAYS love to dance with. Her smile and happiness is shining through the whole room, lovely to dance with such a positive dancer. Sometimes I also practice my following skills, and believe me, it takes aaa loooot to become a great follower, so yes, Alexandra is adorable! :) Thank you once more for sharing your thoughts and analysis of our video! A person once asked me: "Where do you want to be in 5 years from now?" My answer: "I dont know. All I know is that I want to be in the present moment, enjoying every second of this Kizomba-journey - keep sharing what I love the most to others so they can take part and experience the magical moments of this dance as well...Living day by day and getting motivated to become a better dancers every day...it feels like Ive just started this dance...sooo much more to learn, explore and share to others! :D One love

a friend shared this video 8 hours ago on social media and i been watching it since. What i really like in your moves is like, even though you put out some technical moves, you enjoy dancing and i think it's very important when you share your passion to others. Don't know if you planned to do workshops in france but if so i'll be there for sure

+jack sparrow Hello my friend :) Im glad to hear that you liked it. Dancing is all about having fun, to enjoy and to share the magical moments with your dance partner. This song is really groovie and fun, so our natural respons to it is "happy faces", but I have other videos where the mood is different so its all about interpreting the music so it matches the dance, no matter what step you use. No workshop-plans for France next year yet, but in many other countries. Follow me on Facebook (Ronie Saleh) to see my schedule and bookings around the world ;)
