Lol they make it sound so easy but it’s about your team u need cash flow to pay that company because the government not paying u right away so I know this lady got money plus u need a lawyer a accountant tell the people the real most people look ing at this video don’t have the cash flow needed this is a fact

I won my first contract. After day 1 my contractors were like so will I be paid today or tomorrow? My bank account has 23$. In it at this time. Through the grace of God, My business credit has $ available to pay these people! Major lesson. Seek funds to pay people before you win. No contractor wants to wait 30 days to get paid! Especially if the work is weekly. Find some funds to pay the contracts ASAP!

Can you tell us more about how to set up the "back office" and all the things required for a successful back office. What exactly is a back office and whats its function when you get a contract?
