How about removing the bill to fine homeless people for sleeping outside?.... Could start there too.

It is unlikely this would happen. The homeless will be moved to shelters.

@@tonystorcke As someone that works with special needs and the homeless community, most have mental illnesses and won't want to go to a shelter. (Shelters can be VERY dangerous.) Our shelters are overrun and some homeless are allowed at some shelters. (especially if you have a criminal background.) That bill should have never passed and NEEDS to be removed. I hope Nichols does well for Tulsa.
