Ingredients:

Onion-2
Green chillies- 2
Ginger- small piece
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Gram flour- 1/2 cup
Maida- 1 tbsp
Rice flour- 2 tbsp
Asafoetida- 1/4 tsp
Oil
Salt
Preparation:

Take 2 medium size onions & chop them finely. Add it in a bowl & separate them using your hands.
Add 2 finely chopped green chillies, 1 inch grated ginger, 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder, Salt.
Add 1/4 tsp asafoetida, finely chopped coriander leaves , fresh curry leaves & mix it well using hands.
Mixing it well make the masala spread with each other. Leave it for 5 mins it will start releasing water.
Add 1/2 cup besan powder,1 tbsp Maida,2 tbsp rice powder. Maida can be skipped but cant get the exact taste
Without adding any water, Mix it well. If it gets dry just sprinkle some water.
Add 2 tbsp hot oil & mix it well
Take the dough & make round shapes & fry it in the hot oil. Maintain medium flame & fry it thoroughly.
Delicious tea shop style onion Bonda is ready.
It will be crispy outside & soft inside. Tastes awesome.
