But in Andres Breivik's case he wasn't sentenced to 10 to 21 years, he was sentenced to 10 to 21 years with additional preventive custody, meaning he can be imprisoned indefinitely after these 21 years, if he is still considered dangerous. So in essence he got life in prison.

Putin turning his back on the West after 10myears of trying to cooperate with us. In Poland the old PiS-party lost the election recently, but besides being anti-Russian they fuelled also quite anti-German ressentiments over years when they were in power, probably diverting the attention to self-caused or neglected domestic problems towards an outer opponent or enemy. It is the same old game over and over again, hatred imposed by short-minded and uneducated people, often with easy access to guns. We need courageous and educated politicians (also in the West) to put an end to all of this.
