I'm just learning pottery now, so if I may ask, is there a reason you don't use a splash pan in the beginning? Really satisfying video!

Thank you for asking. I also need a splash pan. In the video, I took it way to make the white clay stand out more :) To throw clay without a splash pan, you can try using less water. You can also keep wiping the mud off and putting them in a bucket while throwing. I am also learning pottery. I hope you can share information sometime :)
