Oh the good old memories. It's 2014 and I still remember getting 99% every time I tried because of the stupid snare-ride-ride while double bass riff. Thanks to this game though I actually play drums, and listen to more Dream Theater every day than people can muster in a month.

I can relate, because of this game, I managed to learn real drums like a doddle. People may call it just a game all they like (which I guess it is), but the drums on it really do reflect the skills required to play on a real kit.

Good old days.. i was one of the last people on the rockband 2 online servers matchmaking as a drummer before it went offline. It was always a real treat matchmaking with someone who could keep up on guitar for the hardest songs. And a double plus when they had some of the same dlc as you.

How much do you need to practice to get that amount of stamina in your leg to be able to play like this. The hardest part of the most difficult songs in Rock Band seems to have enough stamina in your leg to not get drianed out of stamina and lose the beat.

This is the reason I miss RB2 and 3. The fills are what it’s all about. This was aesthetic as well as an FC. I hate the algorithm based fills they randomly pick now. It stole this kind of thing from users which is developing your own sound.

I'm glad you appreciate my fills; they're always the thing I'm the most proud of when I go back and watch these videos. Rock Band 4 does, however, let you play classic fills. You can change it so you don't have to play the auto-generated fills. What I don't like about RB4 in that regard, though, is that it's optimal to have your drums set to no fills; you get to have less fun for a higher score.

I can't play this on expert for the life of me! I miss rock band so much, my drums have been broken three times now because I recently broke the footpedal in half. my guitar's whammy bar was broken but with a screwdriver and one of those tiny hairbands that all girls have, I fixed that up. i need to buy a new footpedal :(
