The Co-leadership model is fascinating. You never feel alone when making tough decisions - sharing that burden with a direct peer can ease the fear and pressure when diving into unknown territory a great amount.

This is not very insightful. Two great professionals being asked easy questions that they then gave generic answers on in order to keep their corporate PR team happy. What really differentiated insight came out of this? All would say exactly the same thing. The questions were too generic and the 2 were not tested or pressed at all. Is probably why they both agreed to do this interview. I have listened to far more thoughtful recent interviews from Mark Rowan and Jon Gray.

bro, in what world do you think these fellas would go to large private media to make some real debate... things that really bring value are being discussed behind closed doors, not for some random-ass audience; especially not for free :)

The best thing that should be on everyone's mind should be on how to invest in different streams of income that doesn't depend on governments. Especially with the current economic crisis around the world. It's still the best time to invest on gold, silver and crypto currencies( Bitcoin, Ethereum......)

Due to my profession as a pediatrician and gynecologist, I barely have time to trade, so I entrust my account on her for 4 years now. She never fails me. After so many withdrawals in my account, my portfolio still worth $78,650

such smart guys yet agreeing to a scripted interview. and this idiotic talk about ethnicity/ gender instead of looking at people as individuals. Hugely disappointing
