This is the most touching animatic I have ever seen, and I watch *a lot* of sad songs, I know people that aren’t even in this fandom, that cried when I showed them this. You have touched my heart and so many others that don’t even know what this is based on, but understand the story. This makes me feel so bad for the people whom have lost people, especially at the times when they needed them. the amount of loss that one person can take is madness, but they bottle it up. Until they stop caring. And they let it all out in small isolated corners or rooms, whereas if they are shown this or listen to it, they could let it out to anybody, and sometimes that’s why they really need. He had to stay in the hospital for a few weeks and needed to be monitored when he went home but that didn't bother Keith as he was just overjoyed and angry that lance was both okay and that he scared him.

I feel like I’ve been stabbed in the chest. Good job though! I stopped for every frame in the flashback sequence. I really think that’s what had me crying. I knew this would be sad because I knew the song, but this cut my heart right out of my chest. You’ve done an amazing job with the expressions- I felt the pain (Keith’s face basically the whole time, Hunk & Pidge sobbing, and Lance looking at Keith (the fondness) while he died were my favorites) and the joy and that’s what allowed me to connect so well and bawl my eyes out lol. With each watch, I love the expressions even more (K when he gets the call, Lance when he’s proposing, the “bad” flashback with K comforting L and the excitement on L’s face when they get the house)

Damn. I found this video in my recommendation and I distinctly remembered watching a while ago but I couldn’t remember what it was about so I figured I’d watch it again. At first, I got a bit annoyed with the repeated scenes when the chorus comes along but then as I rewatch it multiple times, it stucked to me and I got attached. Those scenes really do match and it just gives me the feels when it happened. It makes the last scene with the transition from the past to the present even more powerful.. just WOW!! I also loved the way you use the colours to represent the present and the past. It gives a clear distinction and helps in telling the story.
