A cpl yrs ago, i was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I was 416 pounds. I went from 242 pounds as a Firefighter, to 416 pounds in three yrs dealing with a back injury. no excuse for gaining the weight. I used this one, and many more of your tunes to dancer-size too, in a sorta kinda way. Dancing, jumping jacks, running in place, wind mills... free style movement dancing.
