One potential drawback of KL is its tendency to flag emails as spam if you don't exclusively target engaged segments. If you have a large email list, say 100k subscribers, and frequently change your email lists, KL may not be the best choice for you. This is because frequent list changes can negatively impact your domain reputation, leading to a decline in open rates. But I do have a problem: When customers sign up, the only get the standard mail from Shopify and not the klaviyo…😢 why is that? And if I abandon the cart, I do net get any mail from klaviyo as well 😢 Basically, only the standard Shopify mail are getting send and not the mails I created with klaviyo. Can you tell me why I’ve done wrong?

Has the "if someone is or is not suppressed for email" been changed to "if someone can or cannot receive marketing"? Because I cannot seem to find the suppressed/unsuppressed one in Klaviyo as shown in the video.

Hi Boyuan I want to ask a question for you about flows on klaviyo. If i am creating a flow now, then the flows has been set to live. But when the flow has already processed by any customer, then I edit the flow to continue the email automation at the same flow. Can it be done? i mean will the customer also updated with the flow that i updated in the middle of the entire flow. thanks man 🙏

great question, I dont like to use this filter because it narrows the segment way too much. Only use for when you are testing for deliverability. The main metric to gauge is revenue.

At 4:34 when you say "connect it to a different list entirely" are you saying you need to create a brand new list or can we use the existing "Newsletter" list we've been using. We have an existing Newsletter list with 3800 subs, so when I started your video I planned on connecting that same list. Is that not correct?
