*Let me get this straight:* *KOCE-TV 50 (PBS) in Southern California is licensed to Huntington Beach *The Seattle DMA (of which Oceanside is a part) already has an NBC station: KING 5. *Assigning Channel 3 there would cause interference from both ABC affiliates: KATU 2 Portland and KOMO 4 Seattle.
