Thanks, I could notice the following ( this kept me confused a long time): When mounting the camshafts to the specifications shown in the manual ( IN line aligned, 24 pins, EX line aligned) , the exhaust shaft does not "seat" completely...I've seen this with other youtuber, and he said it was normal, now I see the same with you, I'll assume it is normal, and proceed that way. It would mean: when the piston #2 ( right side) is at TDC ( "C" mark), the exhaust rocker arm at piston #1 ( left) is pressed by the lobe of the shaft... Please if someone has any different idea, let me know..Thank you all!

Hi, i recently bought a Go-kart for €65 and it came with the EX500 engine. I am currently taking apart the engine to clean and rebuild it on my own! The problem is the wiring that came with this is a mess and i was wondering if you had any pictures with where the wires go etc or if you could help me out?

My flywheel has no marking on it (after market) which cylinder needs to be TDC?

Cylinder #2 is TDC with the OEM flywheel at the C mark. I know this is a year late, but may help someone in the future.

hey so I did exactly as you and also noticed the exhaust shaft (the one on the left) doesn't fall easily, stays a bit up. is that expected? how to correct it?

Hello, as you can see in the video I've had the same problem, I'm not an expert and I don't know how to do it, but I recommend you to assure the position of the chain and then move it a little bit in order to fix it when the shaft is in his place.
