Kleber Good French DD Changes (World of Warships Legends)

The French buffs are welcome. I started Shiratsuyu and I'm hating it so far. Nice having a reason to come back to the baguette boats so that I don't rip my hair out on the Japanese, "gunboat" line.

Fantasque was hit the hardest, as if the previous nerf wasn’t bad enough. Now it’s not worth it running on her torpedoes cause the alpha was trashed. Like, I don’t understand all dd lines are more effective gunboats rather than torpedo boats apart from the japs of course. The French were terrific torp boats, providing a different torpedo boat style than the Japanese, while at the same time being capable enough to defend themselves. For example cleber can actually prevail even a gearing without the reload booster with such an alpha and hp. As for fantasque, do not tell me that it is not viable to use de furnet in order to acquire two reload boosters, while simultaneously retaining excellent torp performance. All in all, we will now be having ten gunboat lines and just one torpedo focused. No in between fun ships, a place only the French could facilitate since the British and germans are far better off with gun builds while the American and the soviets are gunboats from the get go anyway.

The french buff is welcome, but the real solution to the french DD line would be to get rid of "go all out", turn phillipe auboyneau into a main battery reaload captain, and then giving 7,5km to 8km of torpedo range! Mogador and kléber are no longer worth playing because of that 6km torpedoe range!
