Honestly as a Kled main it's weird to see so much complaining about Pantheon E specifically, cuz Kled can pretty easily counter it with his own E. I think the stupidest ability for Pantheon top is his Q, personally. Stupid range, stupid damage, and not the easiest thing to dodge, insane for both poke and all ins. Once you get dismounted he just does ignite + Q and you're dead. Also, while Titanic isn't bad, the highest elo Kled one tricks are building full lethality, so that might be something to consider.

This is a serious question, I see Kled so infrequently in actual games. I know what his abilities do, but what is he strong at doing and where is he weak? Is he a lane bully like Darius?

Pretty much. Trade like a psychopath, dismount, level W and remount, kill you. And do it under tower after 6 with ult. If he has a good early damage/cc jungler like Vi who dives you, good luck getting to 1 item. Falls off later though, only really good for ult engages, mostly because no %hp damage, outscaled by duelists, and mostly single target damage with no resets in teamfights. Unlike Darius, who can take over a teamfight with ghost and ult resets.
