I'm a XXY male and I've always felt more comfortable around Females than males I've never been a macho guy I was diagnosed at 16 because I notice that I wasn't growing body hair like all the other boys now I'm 33 years old and I finally started too talk about it because it is a rough topic to talk about but spreading awareness on this and talk about it helps.

My condition is 48 XXXY, originally also classified as a variant of Kleinfelters but then separated into "48 Syndrome". To this day my doctor still refers to my condition as Kleinfelters 48 even though there are distinct differences between them. Just wanted to tell you that you are not alone and that there are millions of people like us. We are part of a much larger hermaphrodite community which is now term "intersex".

It's amazing how I'm only just finding out about this stage nearing 40. A lot of this stuff is eerie to me to the point I'm about to get tested because if this is the source of my problems then the solution is simple thankfully, how exactly does one go about testing for this and if in the us about what cost?

I'm 18, in a relationship and I have not had sex Because I'm of course 18. It's worrying because I really do wannt to have children. But I have ALOT of symptoms with ethier XX or XXY males. Get a chromosome test done to find out what you are. What are your symptoms?

@@jacobb997 I'm 16, I'm a female body, gynaecomastia, hydrocele, phimosis, hypospadia and small testicles, weak body hair growth, height 170, my voice didn't mutate, penis is small, feminine face, legs are not as long as Kleinfeldtre's, I don't know maybe it’s a syndrome xx male?

Holy crap your voice sounds almost exactly like mine! Do you think there’s a correlation with your XX male syndrome and vocal development? I’m currently seeing an endocrinologist to see if I might have this condition.

It’s likely it’s related. I’ve been taking hormones for a little while now and my voice actually seems like it has deepened a bit. It’s a good idea to find out what your situation is. Let me know how it goes.

@@xxkleinfelters1248 It is related, Adding testosterone deepened my voice too as it would do in male puberty.. All the SRY gene does is send us down the male pathway and we need to supplement testosterone because our bodies can't produce enough of it.

You are essentially female genetic information turned into a male. You can think of yourself as a natural transgender.

Usually intersex males with XX male syndrome gets tested for karyotyping at genetics
