Wow thats just my build i´ve working on, just wait to get my ram. Except of GPU and RAM its the same, i have an Zotac 3060 TI (ive undervolt it a bit, its really quiet while gaming now :) )and i get me also 3600mhz ram but from corsair (vengeance lpx 16gbx2 kit). My cooler is an dark rock pro 4. I also get me that same 1TB ssd m.2 from WD (sn550) but only for games, i have also a samsung 950 pro where i have windows installed. Great Motherbaord and thanks for the video, helped me a bit to see the mainboards dimensions and so!

Why don't install your m.2 SSD into top slot, which directly connected to CPU. If install to bot slot, wouldn't it have to share PCIe with the chipset?

about the CPU - I know what you mean. maybe you're right maybe not: it depends the chipset :P the m.2 is connected "directly to CPU" though one line, while other slots pass through the B550 chipset, at least displays it so in aorus, Asus TUF doesn´t show the diagram. to take advantage of the main m.2 you should instal a gen 4 ssd and the compatible cpu, even so: you would not notice the difference installing the ssd in port 1st or 2nd, it is like the metrics of glucose in your blood, the performance in your heart will be the same when you have 110 or 150

On the section 3 of the website page I sent to you, it clearly stated the top slot support 64Gb/s (PCIe 4.0 x4 & SATA mode), the secondary one only support 32Gb/s M.2( PCIe 3.0 x4 & SATA mode). Of course, the secondary M.2 slot should be enough for OP's SSD, but why not let it go through north bridge(old concept), than share DMI with south bridge. All B550 should have similar PCIe map, since it's designed by AMD(not ASUS) and industry standard.

January 2021 the mine wasn't ready for my 5600X... A real nightmare. Prepare your fat 32 USB key with the latest firmware, a second screen, Asus doesn't like 4K TVs ... and then since it will probably never boot on your HDDs, but constantly return to bios, you have to go and select [BOOT], and change the [Launch CSM] to tell it to go see your HD with the OS. The worst Bios I have ever seen. Ineligible.

почему когда я неделю назад собирал пк искал видео в интернете чтобы сборка была на мат. плате ASUS В550-plus (WI_FI) и желательно корпус с подсветкой хрен не было видео зато сейчас случайно показало ! У меня вопрос: когда ты подключил подсветку корпуса к мат. плате оно у тебя синхронно не работает и через какую программу ты это сделал, у меня корпус почти такой разница только впереди место трех вентиляторов два больших, на корпусе есть кнопка LED куда ты от неё кабель подключил? Смотрю что у тебя на корпусе есть копка перезагрузки и почему ты штекер RESET SW подключил не напрямую к мат. плате , а к блоку управления подсветки . Смотрю у корпусных кулеров своя подсветка не пойму зачем ты тогда их подключал к материнке? у башенного кулера своя подсветка, у мат. платы своя подсветка у ОЗУ своя всё разнобой нет синхронности . Подскажи у меня отображается в диспетчере задач SSD Диск 0 ( D:) ниже SSD M.2 Диск 1 (C:) как мне их поменять местами ? В диспетчере устройств PCI контроллер шифрации \ дешифрации показывает желтый трёх угольник что я только не делал обновление драйверов не помогло и переустановка виндовс 10 про тоже в чем может быть причина?

Just recently bought this mobo and noticed some rattle from the locking lever when there is no CPU installed and its moving side to side horizontally quite a bit. Bro, help, I've same MoBo and CPU, 32GB RAM (4 sticks) and an asus 3070 dual OC. Sometimes, when I turn the PC on, the vga led keeps on, (no gpu o defective gpu) but it works, there's video, etc. I restart the PC and the vga led turns off... Have you experienced the same? What can be the problem? Thank u

All my games crashes on a new built with this board and I can't find a solution... I've tested with different psu, ram modules and CPUs but still I got immediately game crashes right after start screen. I tried everything, difault, oc, 3200Mhz or 3600mhz it doesn't help out... How can it be?

@@thousandyoung I did try everything. I heard in another case it could be an option to install a previous bios version. Can I install an old version upon my actual bios version or is this dangerous?

I am using ryzen 5600x on this board . Asus tuf b550-plus wifi . There is a sticker on the box placed on the bottom right corner just left to the TUF GAMING logo which reads AMD RYZEN 5000X DESKTOP READY.

@@snldev Yes my 3070 is installed on the lower slot which is pcie 3 . The upper is pcie 4 it seems but according to youtube videos there is no appreciable difference in performance.
