Ages ago a famous Malay Nasi Lemak seller gave me her recipe, very nice. I would like to share it with you all. No point to keep it as I'm over 70++. Rice cooker cup, 2 cups rice, 1 teasp salt, 2 pandan leaves, 1 small onion some shredded ginger. Normally I cook 4 cups rice, 1 box Santan & water total 5 1/2 to 6 cup. 2 teasp salt, 1 big onion, 1 inch shredded ginger. 4 to 6 small leaf pandan. Super delicious.

@@peckgillian4626 Any colour big onion but I love to use the purple / red onion. Reduce some water so that the Nasi Lemak is not soggy.

Sorry for the late reply. I already stated in above.. Onion that you have at home will do. Normally I cook 4 cups rice, 1 box Santan & water total 5 1/2 to 6 cup. 2 teasp salt, 1 big onion, 1 inch shredded ginger. 4 to 6 small leaf pandan.@@peckgillian4626

那是teh c~ teh susu是糖+牛奶 虽然糖+牛奶煮一煮就炼奶了🤣煮过的确实比较好喝有种焦糖味👍👍 分享简易一人版 就是两个茶包泡热两三分钟+炼奶两小汤匙 如果要teh tarik就倒来倒去 便宜饮料☺

Aunty, I make the Indian tea when I saw the video at Jasmine’s place. I added cardamom too. It’s a must. When I was growing up in the seventies, my neighborhood have a great Indian food store. For breakfast the store sell roti paratha, still the best, Indian milk tea, etc. I remember the fragrant of the Indian milk tea. When they streamed the milk tea to cool, the cardamom fragrance is overwhelming. I believe this is one of the unique flavors of Indian milk tea. I believe the store owners or workers were Bangladesh.

Aunty 我跟你讲。。。 由于我家附近的茶餐室冲的茶不好喝。。。 说以我自己研究了一下解馋解馋。。。 这个红包装的茶叶。 是浓过黄包装的。。。 如果煮一杯。。。 放两之三汤匙。。。 茶叶我喜欢冷水顺便放进去一起滚。。。 因为我懒惰等。 它茶煮滚后很 kiep 但不浓（茶叶粗幼问题）， 但不是问题。。。 但是不要好像她酱放水奶进去煮。。。。 味道不太好。。。 你 茶滚后倒进杯 放生奶/fresh milk，放炼乳。 包好喝。。。 fresh milk/生奶和茶叶一起煮会有个怪味。
