Aunty Liew, I tried today and it came out well before coating with caramel. What I did is that I replaced white sugar with brown sugar and the result is DIASASTER!!!! The brown caramel is sticky and doesn't dry out like the white sugar. Anyhow it tastes good though. I will not use brown sugar in my second try or I may not want to coat with any caramel. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Liew for the sharing.
