I love this song so much... I love the composition of this song. It’s phenomenal. I think of ‘dancing through sorrow’ and ‘smiling through pain’ when i hear this. Maybe it’s related. Amazing!!! The mix of a sad sober tune with an upbeat tempo probably explains it.
