Sadly I think KLM are another airline who have really cut back on their onboard service in every way. On the Embraer in business class there is no free seat next to you and meals are served in a box. In economy a small bottle of water and snack have replaced a full bar service with a sandwich and stroopwafel (that's what I was served a few years ago on EDI-AMS). They used to be good but have certainly gone downhill. However, I do like the Embraer to fly on and the lounge you accessed in HAM looked really good. Hope you can fly HAM-DOH on QR sometime soon!

Fares are often quite good, and like you said...there is mostly nothing to complain about. In Europe it's often an up and down with other airlines. KLM just works.

I'm sorry, but.... what were you really expecting from a 30min flight on a E190? HAM-AMS is so short that is pure luxury that they even offer a refreshment.

Hey, I totally agree with you. I expect something to purchase, like Coke, a beer or something to eat. :)
