Iya KLM sangat nyaman pesawatnya dan cabin crew nya ramah, walaupun cabin nya rada jadul. Sayangnya, meal service cuma snack saja untuk rute KUL-CGK

Wonderful flight experience. Now KLM uses 777-200s more than the 300s to Jakarta and they're undergoing refurbishment until end of this year. It is one of my favourite choice from Jakarta to Kuala Lumpur VV along with Lufthansa and Kuwait Airways

Yeah indeed! It was a pleasure to fly with klm, although the cabin looked very dull. Lufthansa is great but the timing is not good i suppose. Klm still has the best time slot. I wonder how kuwait airways does this route though. Thanks for watching!

I took KLM from KL to Jakarta last september 2015, nice airlines, big plane, humble crew eventhough they are older.. I like the seat, so big and wider, but i'm so sad cos they only serve bread, out of my expetation, cos when i flew with klm from Jakarta to KL, they served rice, meat and fruit...

Yeah they do serve wine on this flight. Well, MH and GA also serve only light snacks on short regional flights (less than 2 hrs) when the time of flying is in between lunch and dinner

based on my experience flying with H from jakarta to kualalumpur, they always gave me same food wheater is morning flight, or night flight which is COLD SAndwich with tuna or beef only.. Garuda is better than MH..

Iya memang yg cgk-kul dapet hot meal, kalau kul-cgk snack aja mas. Mgkn krn flight time nya ya. Yg rute kul-cgk kan masih sore jadi snack aja. Kalau yg rute cgk-kul udah malam jadi dapat dinner service

i always fly with KLM from jakarta to kl or kl to jakarta.. But if u fly from KL to JKT the food is not delicous cos they serve risoles only, cos they fly in afternoon from KL.. if u fly from JKT to KL they serve you a set of dinner..

As of 9 April 2017, meh, they served me veggie pie. I flew from CGK to KUL. Anyway it was my first flight with an European airliner and hell yes, I'll fly KLM again!
