This is a review of flight KL809 from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) in Malaysia to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK) in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Despite its short duration, the flight on this route was operated by a Boeing 777-200ER. The airplane has the capacity of 316 passengers, with 34 seats in business class, 40 in comfort economy, and 242 seats in economy class. The aircraft is equipped with 2xGE90-94B engines with 94,000 lbf of thrust.
In this flight, I had the chance to review the world business class seats as well as the Malaysia Airlines lounge at KLIA.
KLM delivered excellent service throughout the flight. The hard and soft products on this flight are both great.

Great review! I would really love to try out KLM someday (especially on their SIN-DPS sector) I had managed to bumped into an off duty KLM crew on my recent Vietnam trip. It was really interesting finding out about his lifestyle working for KLM. :D

Isaacflyaway thanks for your kind comment.. yeah the lifestyle as an FA could be interesting.. agreed, you should try KLM on the SIN-DPS route if you have change but I think KUL-CGK is much more worth it, almost the same length for half the price.

I always used KLM back then and this video just reminds me of NL. It seems that in Asia they don't serve the Dutch sandwich as I don't seem to see in your video. But, it's great to see how KLM use Dutch them as part of their marketing. I wanna get that liquor Delft blau bottle! Anyway, thanks for the great review.

friginaldor yes this seems to be the regular price. I just checked on Google flight that CGK-KUL is on sale at about sgd224 for most dates in March
