Love these 'Starting with six 4"x6" (10x15 cms) pieces out of one sheet of 12"x12" (30x30cms) designer / speciality designer series / scrap booking paper! All I've got to do is convert the inches into centimeters for the more modern Brits and Europeans now! Eeks! ;) Being born in the early 60's I had to learn both Imperial and Metric measurements at school - weights, temperatures and distances too! I still prefer using pounds (lbs) and ounces (ozs) to kilograms and grams (when cooking and weighing babies/myself!) It's the same with miles and yards to kilometers and meters (when travelling and measuring anything over a yard!) I've just about got the inches to cms and cms to inches thing ~ 2.5 centimeters = 1 inch (2.5 cms = 1") Tfs Jackie - as always xx ~ C ~ uk

When you go to sign inside that first card, doesn't your pen "catch" inside that cutout circle behind the white, and mess up what you're trying to write?
@KlompenStampersJackieBolhuis Жыл бұрын
No, I've never had an issue with that. When you use good quality, and thicker cardstock, you won't even notice the hole.

How many layers can I use while using a standard stamp?
@KlompenStampersJackieBolhuis2 жыл бұрын
I honestly don’t know as it depends on what cardstock and paper you are using and the size of the layers. My cards never require extra so the cards you see that I share are a good guideline.
@thepeddler92265 жыл бұрын
Love your cards. I would be careful, though, to make a hole inside on the mat. The way you punched it, it was a bit lower; I would've turn that to have the hole at the top where the sentiments would cover it. Otherwise when you write to that person the card was made for, you will bump in the hole and your writing will show it. TFS Nicole

How do u know it’s 5.5? There are two sides to the cutter… that’s what I don’t get?? Where do u measure from?
@KlompenStampersJackieBolhuis Жыл бұрын
The blade line is at 0. So you take your cardstock and line the edge at 5.5" and cut. That will make your piece 5.5".
