How do you get the bullets? you had them in your storage I do not and do not know how to get them

At Horton you can make bullets, with cages and cotton thread. There are many places to get bullets in Klondike check your observation tower to find what places you have open. On the weekly temporary land sometimes you can purchase them with carrots and rye.

Yes you can start it at any time you wish, and will have the same timer at that point.
