Susanna Heystek at Bashaw - Tennessee Waltz (with the Corry boys)

Susanna always enjoys going back to Bashaw, the small town in Alberta with the Big Show, the good sound technicians and fantastic audience, a very well organized show where so may musicians meet. And this year she invited the Corry boys to join her on stage for her Dad's favourite, Tennessee Waltz and did she treat her Pa with the harmany on Mandolin.

Nice to see at least part of the world hangs on to its rural culture and values. I grew up, in the previous century of course, on a sheep ranch and wheat farm in the far northwest corner of North Dakota where it meets Montana and Saskatchewan -- and the biggest event of the summer was always the roundup and rodeo. Rural life, good times, the best people..............
