I think the issue with the popcorn pricing is because you have a mod naming conflict between two productions that both produce popcorn. I believe, based on the design of the popcorn box, it's using OmaTana's popcorn factory where the corn to popcorn ratio is 1 to 5. The cumulative profit margin is around 10-20%. I've seen the same thing happen when I had two mods that both produced strawberry ice-cream.
