Don’t forget Hybe America is here and they’ve been setting up lots of business relationships. With the imminent comeback of BTS, I don’t know what American business wants to risk annoying Hybe. Also, there’s the lawsuit between KG and Vcha/JYP freshly in the news. If I was in the music industry I would be wary of getting in business with a kpop artist known to throw tantrums, start public opinion wars and file lawsuits against the people who help them. Why would I want to get dragged into a fight with Ador/Hybe on these girls’ behalf?

I've been avoiding all NJs performances and am likely to continue doing so. While initially I was on their side, I haven't been seeing any proof of their complaints, and far more proof against their claims. I would like very much to know the truth. Behaving like spoiled children is not a good look, they should be acting more professionally. I am greatly disappointed. NJs are talented artists and I very much wish this whole debacle hadn't happened. When I saw Hanni taking precedence over the people who died when she spoke in the NA (without any shame for it), I was deeply shocked. People dying is far more important than alleged complaints of being deliberately ignored, which in my book isn't bullying at all.

It's natural to support your favorite group and anyone who is going against a big company. It's loyalty, belief in the artists and rooting for David vs. Goliath. And you believe that if someone makes such a big stink about something that there's some legitimacy to it. But this is such a bizarre situation that was born out of MHJ's malicious and vindictive motives and as a result, it has poisoned and tainted a lot of once innocent people who now choose to be complicit in her schemes. MHJ and NJ abusing companies with really dirty game, and with that they are literally forcing industry players into more strictc and more clever contracts with idols in future, which may legally limit a lot of freedoms that idols and other artists had by now, and were based on mutual trust between company and its artist. If there is no mutual trust, you have to include more legal clauses in contracts. And this is very unpleasant situation for both sides. This may lead to "war" between legal experts hired by both sides before even a single contract is signed, not to mention huge risk because companies can't predict the outcomes if MHJ and NJ win their dirty game. . Such things may turn off companies to invest in entertainment business as whole. So it isn't affecting only idols. It literally affects everyone in industry. As many of us Armys were warning since April last year, MHJ and now NJ members personally, are destroying whole kpop industry of South Korea. This situation can no longer be tolerated by industry players. Therefore they directly addressed media for their irresponsibility in unconditional support to perpetrators of criminal activities such as tampering, and indirectly they also called on National Assembly to cut the cr... and stop involving itself into active partnering with criminals destroying industry, instead of doing the job that these lawmakers were elected for: to improve legislation to protect industry from predators that now have free hands in pursuing their criminal activities, partly also because their (National Assembly) support. These messages are very clear. These industry players also send indirect message to MHJ , NJ and everyoone involved in tampering activities (they are criminal offences, not civil disputes), and the message we can read in between the lines goes like this: "we won't just sit and wait to see if judges are corrupted or not, and will therefore (or not) protect us from perpertrators of criminal activities destroying our companies. If the court won't stop you, we will, by blacklisting you." This is very direct message to MHJ and NJ. And to Lawmakers, judges and k media. "Don't try to scre. us over, for we won't just sit and watch it!". What to say: it was about time that someone releases such statement. Someone that even corrupted k media, police and politicians can't ignore. Kudos to KMCA. !

He will be called in as witness (if not a cospirator in tampering) by the court. But not in this injunction case (Ador vs NJ). Ador met with the advertising manager of the group to find out what was going on and wanted that manager’s company computer back so they can see what was happening. That manager said the girls ordered him to approach the advertiser with that deal and then he wiped the hard drive with a factory reset of the company computer before handing it back to Ador.

The employee had to return the laptop and the person did returned it an hour later with everything erased and in a manufacturer reset. The employee claims that ADOR was harassing them (he or she) because ADOR asked for her phone which was her personal phone but was also used for work related activities. There is more to it but this is the basic interpretation.

I always wondered why Bunnies thought HYBE was sabotaging NJs... This was a lie that MHJ spread, and due to a misquote from the internal documents, it continues even now. But if HYBE is such a big mean company... Why would they try to throw away a profitable group? The logic doesn't work. Then they claim HYBE is doing media play against themselves, somehow. The company will be fine, I mean even when NJs did their infamous emergency press conference, stock only dropped about 7%, and is already pretty much recovered. As ARMY, I have always tried to support new baby artist, and these girls were definitely supported based on associations with BTS. Their behavior hurt my support. I don't support wanting to attack other Fandoms. ARMYs were definitely attacked as was BTS and Hybe artist in general. This is exhausting and has left a bad taste in my mouth. It is hurtful and Korea overall will lose money based on this horrible affair.

a lot of army were like you. I can say even fans of other Hybe artists. we supported them thinking they are part of the Hybe family. But nope, they're traitors. I felt deceived and fooled by that woman and these girls. using the name of BTS by branding them as little sisters of BTS. it turns out that they wanted to bring down Hybe which is the company that BTS built and the home of groups whose fans supported them then. and that woman and their fans also bullied Hybe artists, esp LS and Illit.

@@sandraredguard6385 There are a lot of us that feel this way. Most supported BTS, Big Hit, and Bang PD, all pioneers of HYBE and all its artists under their umbrella. We watched this company’s growth, some including me bought stocks when they went public. As a stockholder and a long-time supporter, it pissed me off. They were given everything and anything, and a lot of us watched them get deals left and right. Although they are marketable, all their huge brand deals are parallel to BTS - each NJ member ambassadorship is a brand that already worked with BTS. To say that they got these deals on their own is wild. Extremely ungrateful. I don't wish for their downfall, but they need to learn their lessons. I do hope these kids go back to school to learn a thing or two, coz if they continue to act this way, no one would want to work with them.

When someone is presented a contract, read carefully especially the fine print. With business contracts, have a lawyer present to make sure they fully understand what is in the contract. Once the contract is signed you should abide by that contract, unless of course there are serious breaches & evidence to back up such claims. No concrete evidence, then follow the contract you signed until contract expires.

I am sure they will at least have a single for the 10 years anniversary. Or maybe an album like PROOF that has all the HYYH songs in it plus 1 to 2 new songs. And I think the single is already recorded and ready for next year's anniversary. BTS and BigHit are known to prepare everything 1 to 2 years ahead of time, sometimes 3 years.

The brands probably don’t want to possibly damage their relationship with Hybe so they’re proceeding carefully. Hybe labels still control quite a number of popular groups, especially BTS.

It's not exactly a good thing for k-pop. Contracts now are pretty strict and not so favorable to idols. If they start to go with even more strict contracts people think twice before signing. Less idols, less groups and at the end k-pop will come back to where it started.
