The place where Kathryn says "perfect everything" is Mustapha Blaoui and I believe the linens in the following shot are from the linen shop across the "street", V Barkowski.

it was the Royal Mansour and the cost is ridiculous - but a far more beautiful traditional riad you could research is La Sultana.
