It is terribly sad because I remember being in the building in the 80s and even in the 90s and it was well-maintained beautiful floors beautiful architecture

What did the AT&T building sell for? Under 4 million. The city can't afford to maintain the building. It's not worth 12 million. The value at its highest was the date the city moved out. The city doesn't know how to manage their money. For example, the lawsuit money from the Rams sat in a non interest account for months.

No way in heck they have this thing abandoned... This could be a pretty amazing community center! Edit: We have too many hotels in StL though, that wouldn't be the best use for it imho, Maybe a new Museum of some sort? I know our city's leadership has its issues, but I didn't know things were THIS neglected!
