Oh Karen, it’s so nice to know that you are in your new home! Your craft area is going to be awesome as it’s already looking wonderful! I absolutely love the wall colour! As I watched your video I chuckled as to how many of your organizational tips I have incorporated into my own scrap room. Making the tabs on my paper pads has been one of the best ideas I’ve used, but I also use the album sleeves and the smaller (6x12) sleeves for my thickers! Thank you again for sharing! Good luck as you continue with your unpacking and organizing! I wish I lived closer as I would love to come help you and chat about scrapping as we worked. Thanks so much Crystal! If I had the space I would have have all my paper in flip bins. Unfortunately, the flip bins do take up some of the most valuable space in the room because they have to sit on top of something. I do wish that the flip bins worked inside the Kallax (I did try it but you couldn't really see the paper and if you tried to pull the flip bin out of the Kallax to flip through the paper, it was super heavy.)

Hi Karen. It is nice to see your progress. I have a scraprack and I love it more than hate. It is not that I hate it, but find it annoying when I want to add a page. I now wait until I have several to file before pulling the spinders off and I use a bone folder to help pry it off the rack. I had taken my rack down and just kept the spinders stored on their sides , but am now back to using the full rack. My preference is to use the whole rack system, because it is really quick and easy too access my supplies. I made reference guides for my paper pads like yours, which need updating. I love them and use them often. I, too, like the cropper hopper files. I have about a dozen of them and wish they were still available. Hi Miss Bella!

Yes, that's it exactly! It's awesome when you want to just look through the scraprack, but when you want to add things, then it's a pain! I still need to figure out that ScrapRack but I'm not ready to give up on it quite yet. That's awesome that you were able to do a reference guide for your paper pads, that's one of my favorite organization things that I have in my craft room! I also had the love/ hate relationship with the Scraprack. It finally became mostly hate because it did take up so much space and the pages would come out of the spinders. And when you wanted to add something or move Sony, you had to wrestle the spinder out. I finally sold the whole thing. Good luck on your choice. Your room is really coming together. Looks so great. I think it inspires people to organize

Thanks so much Joan! Yep, that scraprack is a pita. That's the biggest problems that I see with it too ... pages fall out and it's difficult to get things on and off the spinders. I think if they could change the velcro to something easier than it make the scraprack easier to use. I still have a few ideas on things to try before I give up on it. I really think the ScrapRack could be awesome if there was an easier system for adding/removing the spinders.

You've made a lot of progress in your new craft room! I have a scrap rack (about half as big as yours) and it is a love hate relationship for me as well. It is a genius idea, but I don't find myself going to it when I should, and it takes up alot of space. Hope you figure out how to use it better, and I would love to know if you do. I made a lot of changes to my paper storage after watching your earlier videos. Thanks for that!

Hi Anne ... I have some ideas for the scraprack and I'm going to try a few more things before I decide to give up on it. If I figure out better ways to use it, I'll definitely share that in a video. I think there are a lot of people that struggle with it. It's a fantastic idea but it has some design flaws. I think the velcro is one thing that I wish could be changed. If it was easier to get the spinders off the scraprack, that would be a game changer. Hope you have an awesome weekend!
